PROCEDURES
1. Please download, print and complete the "Returns and Exchanges Form"
2. Please post: a) The completed "Returns and Exchanges Form"; and b) The item(s) for return/exchange, to:
44 LAGUNA PLACE, PORT MACQUARIE NSW 2444
3. Once we receive your return, we will call or email you to:
a) confirm your exchange, refund; and b) request payment for any additional costs of your exchanged product(s) or postage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN/EXCHANGE TIMEFRAMES
Once we receive your return, it usually takes up to 3-5 business days to process, once processed we then either ship out the exchange or process the refund (timeframe on shipping depends on your location).
Please be advised that if we are processing your refund to your credit card this will take between 2 - 3 days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact: s[email protected]
